Lost your progress?

Your progress is tied to your device, not to an account. Open Settings in the game and write down your recovery code: 12 characters, shown under BACKUP. On a new phone, open Settings, tap Restore from a code, type it in, and everything comes back: countries, times, coins and gems.

Lost the code as well? Then we cannot get the save back: there is no e-mail or account attached to it, and we cannot tell which save is yours. Write to us anyway and we will help you start again with what we can.

Keep your code private. Never post it in public or use it as your player name. Only send it straight to us, by e-mail, when you ask us to restore or delete a save.

A player name that should not be there

Open Top Players, tap that player’s row and choose Hide. They disappear from your boards at once, on your phone alone.

Choose Report in the same menu to tell us about the name. You can also e-mail us the name, with a screenshot if you have one. We remove names that do not belong on the board.

Reporting a problem

The more of this you can tell us, the faster it is fixed:

Deleting your data

E-mail us your recovery code and ask us to delete it: we remove the save, the scores and the game events behind it. There is no delete button inside the game. Deleting the app removes everything held on your device.
